Absentee voting opens in Union County Start: 9:00 am Come to the clerk's office in the courthouse basement to cast your absentee ballot. State Legislative Debate Start: 6:00 pm End: 10:00 pm The Legislative Committee of the Richmond-Wayne County Chamber of Commerce has organized the fall legislative debates. They will be held at IU East, Whitewater Hall, Vivian Auditorium. Candidates will be given the opportunity to present an opening statement and then answer questions presented by the moderator. On October 10th, we'll have the following debates: State Senate, District 27 State Representative, District 54
