This fall book sale will be offered Oct. 26-27 by the Friends of Morrisson-Reeves Library. The sale will be 3 to 5 p.m. Oct. 26 and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 27 in the Bard Room of the library at 80 N. Sixth St. Items will vary in price from 10 cents for magazines to $2 each for CDs, videos and books-on-tape.

The Friends group always welcomes donations of books, computer software, videotapes, cassette tapes, compact discs, DVDs, puzzles and games. Donations may be put in the little read wagon in the library’s upper level reading room. The annual book sale will be in the spring.

The Richmond Art Museum continues the second season of the f.a.d.e.-IN film series (Focusing on Art, Diversity, and Education in Indiana) with “The Haunting (1963, Rated G).” Winchester, Indiana native Robert Wise directed this atmospheric chiller, a supernatural suspense film that is far superior to its 1999 re-make. $3 RAM members & students / $5 general public.
