County Legislative Debate

The Legislative Committee of the Richmond-Wayne County Chamber of Commerce has organized the fall legislative debates. They will be held at IU East, Whitewater Hall, Vivian Auditorium. Candidates will be given the opportunity to present an opening statement and then answer questions presented by the moderator.

On October 12th, we'll have the following debates:
Wayne County Assessor
County Commissioner, District 1
County Council, District 2
County Council, District 4

The legislative committee is formulating questions for these candidates. If you have a question or issue that should be presented for debate, please forward it to info@rwchamber.org. Unfortunately time constraints will not allow for all questions to be addressed, but we are interested in raising the issues of our Wayne County citizens.
