Cardinal Greenway work moves forward

According to today's Palladium-Item, a variety of community agencies are working together to move the completion of the Cardinal Greenway forward:

New construction on a portion of the Cardinal Greenway from Industries Road to Webster could begin this summer, depending on weather, no engineering delays and raising $202,385 locally in matching grant funds...Wayne County has about a 20-mile stretch of the Cardinal Greenway, and about 16 miles of it are unfinished. The northern part of the trail is paved from Muncie to Losantville.
