Thanks to WayNET.org, the entire copy of Richmond's new Comprehensive Plan is available online in PDF format. The plan is full of progressive goals related to sustainability and conservation, city image and identity, transportation and more. Its vision is bold, and if implemented, it could mean great things for the future of Richmond and surrounding areas.
