My mom watched the video in Wayne, Nebraska and thought it was great idea. She is going to send it to a group in her region and try to get one started there.

That's great news, Mark. I've been contemplating putting together a list of logistical tips and recommendations for folks wanting to organize one wherever they are...sounds like that might be helpful to at least one person. :)

100 mile flour and other grainy foods
Stay tuned to the co-op over the next few weeks - I'll be working to get flour, cornmeal and cracked wheat in our bulk bins from Greenville, OH and perhaps closer! If you don't see it there soon, please hold me accountable!! :)
