The people of Wayne County will respect, value, and celebrate the richness of the differences among us and actively work to build a unified community.

The Diversity Council's mission is "The people of Wayne County will respect, value, and celebrate the richness of the differences among us and actively work to build a unified community." The council works on issues of racial diversity, socio-economic disparity, and religion and Spiritual diversity. Monthly meeting for all interested persons to help promote diversity in Wayne County and work through Diversity Related issues. Please come, all are welcome.

Changapalooza

From WayNet.org: Changapalooza is a carnival for change and to celebrate diversity, held at Glen Miller Park from 12 to 4 PM. The event is hosted by Mrs. Hogg's 9th grade Richmond High School English class as a service learning project. The event is free and open to the public, and there will be games, food and entertainment for all ages. For more information, call (765) 973-3300.
