Participants can register for door prizes; massages, reflexology sessions, T-shirts, climbing wall passes, and day passes to the Athletics and Wellness Center.

Students display hope-inspiring art

posted under

Gwinn Gibbs wrote to the Pal-Item today with some news about an inspiring art exhibit in town:

A phenomenal expression of hope is currently on display in Runyan Center at Earlham College. The exhibiting artists are third- through sixth-graders and their teacher, who explored the language of hope in the lives of Helen Keller, Martin Luther King Jr. and many others. Through these inspirational heroes, students learned the power of positive language. Each then created a banner to personalize the concept of hope with color, symbols and thought-provoking quotes selected to encourage, challenge and inspire.

Congratulations to the students and institutions that made this happen.
