This Saturday (july 26), at 5:00 PM scores of houses nationwide will be throwing house parties simultaneously to raise awareness and understanding about the Nader/Gonzalez 2008 Presidential ticket. The east-central Indiana houseparty will be held at the home of Aaron & Melissa Hill. Food / Beverages will be provided, no cover charge (campaign donations entirely optional -- see below).
Whether you like him or not, Nader has been fighting for you as a consumer advocate and helping to remind America what is necessary to live in a free society.

The Richmond Art Museum continues the second season of the f.a.d.e.-IN film series (Focusing on Art, Diversity, and Education in Indiana) with “The Haunting (1963, Rated G).” Winchester, Indiana native Robert Wise directed this atmospheric chiller, a supernatural suspense film that is far superior to its 1999 re-make. $3 RAM members & students / $5 general public.

Richmond Art Museum presents "Taste of Cherry" (1998, Directed by Abbas Kiarostami).
Winner of the Palme d’Or prize at the Cannes Film Festival the year it was released, Taste of Cherry follows middle-aged Mr. Badii through the streets of Tehran as he seeks someone to assist him with his plan to end his own life. The people he encounters challenge his thinking in a variety of ways, but will they actually change his mind? This Iranian film was made by a man many consider to be one of the greatest living filmmakers.

Phantoscope High School Film Festival

The Richmond Art Museum presents the First Annual Phantoscope High School Film Festival. Young filmmakers from East Central Indiana and West Central Ohio will screen their films. One talented filmmaker will win the $500 cash prize.
