The Richmond Art Museum continues the second season of the f.a.d.e.-IN film series (Focusing on Art, Diversity, and Education in Indiana) with “The Haunting (1963, Rated G).” Winchester, Indiana native Robert Wise directed this atmospheric chiller, a supernatural suspense film that is far superior to its 1999 re-make. $3 RAM members & students / $5 general public.

The Richmond Art Museum kicks off the second season of the f.a.d.e.-IN film series (Focusing on Art, Diversity, and Education in Indiana) with Stanley Kubrick’s epic drama of adventure and exploration, 2001: A Space Odyssey (1968, Rated G). Everything Is Illuminated (2005, Rated PG-13, Directed by Liev Schreiber)
Adapted from the popular novel, Elijah Wood stars as a young writer who travels to Europe in search of his grandfather’s past. With only a photograph and the name of a village to go on, he hires Odessa Heritage Tours, made up of a gruff old man and his grandson who speaks English (or something like it). Accompanied by the old man’s deranged dog, they travel from Odessa into the heart of the Ukraine to unravel a family secret.
